I am furnishing my property for rental income, will the furniture be suitable?

How long before completion of my property should I be ordering my Furnishing Package?

We recommend around 12-18 months before completion. There are some very good reasons for this:

If there are a number of properties in your development or area completing within a few months of each other, you will need to consider that many of these properties will need furnishing too and therefore it’s advisable to order early to ensure your place in the delivery & installation queue.

Are you intending to rent your property and/or are you paying a mortgage on it? Whilst your apartment lies unfurnished you will not be able to rent it which means you will not be generating an income from it even though you will be paying back a mortgage monthly.

Do you want to avoid paying more than you have to? By ordering early you can secure the price that you pay and you will not be subject to any future price increases.

Also in light of the very weak Pound against the Euro, it might be wise to buy now and avoid paying more later should the Pound slide any further.

How much does your furnishing solution cost?

Prices vary from country to country depending on the size of your property and to what standard you would like it furnished.

However our prices include everything from deep cleaning, measuring up, delivery and installation of your furniture, changing of locks and photography and all local taxes. We are also the manufacturer so you can be assured of very, very competitive price.

What’s in a furniture package?

Everything from a kitchen to a corkscrew and a television to a teaspoon. We provide everything you need to get your holiday home or rental property in full working order, without any of the hassle! Do I need to be there for delivery?

Absolutely not! Thanks to our relationship with Developers and Agents, we can gain access to your property for the initial measuring of curtains etc and again afterwards for delivery and installation.

Will I need to pay for a plumber or electrician?

No! Our installation teams are qualified and equipped to install all electrical appliances and all charges are in included in our furnishing solution prices.

How can I see your furnishing packages?

If you visit our website you will see images of our various ranges together with our comprehensive contents list. We also have a showroom which houses a number of our ranges which is located on the Costa del Sol, Spain.

Part of our installation service includes us taking photographs of your apartment fully furnished and emailing them to you.
